This Agreement also provides benefits to this Monty's Natural Treats & Monty's Wholesale affiliates, service providers, suppliers and other persons. Monty's Natural Treats / Monty's Wholesale may in its discretion and for its convenience at any time immediately terminate, temporarily or permanently, this Agreement or your permission to access and use the Website without any notice or liability to you or any other person. If this Agreement or your permission to access or use all or any part of the Website is terminated for any reason, then this Agreement and all other then existing agreements between you and Monty's Natural Treats / Monty's Wholesale will continue to apply and be binding upon you regarding your prior access to and use of the Website, and anything connected with, relating to or arising there from.

 
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

This Agreement, your access to and use of the Website, and all related matters are governed solely by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute between you and Monty's Natural Treats / Monty's Wholesale or any other person arising from, connected with or relating to the Website, this Agreement, or any related matters (collectively "Disputes") will be resolved before the British Court, and you hereby irrevocably submit and at-torn to the original and exclusive jurisdiction of this court in respect of all Disputes.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then the provision will be deemed to be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement ensures to the benefit of and is binding upon each of Monty's Natural Treats / Monty's Wholesale and its successors, assigns and related persons, and you and your heirs, executors, administrators, successors, permitted assigns and personal representatives. You may not assign this Agreement or the rights and obligations under this Agreement. Monty's Natural Treats & Monty's Wholesale may assign this Agreement and its rights and obligations under this Agreement without your consent. No consent or waiver by any party to or of any breach or default by any other party in its performance of its obligations under this Agreement will be: (a) deemed or construed to be a consent to or waiver of a continuing breach or default or any other breach or default of those or any other obligations of that party; or (b) effective unless in writing and signed by all parties. The parties have expressly requested and required that this Agreement and all other related documents be drawn up in the English language. Any rights not expressly granted by this Agreement are reserved to Monty's Natural Treats & Monty's Wholesale Company Director. SUBSCRIPTION OFFERS / PACKS:

Our dog food subscription packs are available in three different options to choose from.

3 Months - Entitles you to 10% off and you can choose what dog food recipes you would like each month. 

6 Months - Entitles you to a free bag of food of your choice on the 6th final month of your subscription. Should you cancel during or before your subscription is due to end, you will lose your free bag of food.

1 Year - Entitles you to 2 FREE bags of dog foods of your choice on the 11th & 12th final months your subscription is due to end. Should you cancel during or before your subscription ends within the year, you will not receive your 2 Free bags of dog foods.

Cancellation / Refunds - Should you wish to cancel your subscriptions please email us at support@montysnaturaltreats.co.uk. You have the option to cancel at any time and no further charges will be made and no further orders of dog foods will be sent out. Cancellations will be refunded according to how many months you have left and how many packs of dog foods have not been sent out. (Example; you cancel at your 4th month during a years subscription, you would have paid £59.96 (£14.99 each) and will receive a refund of £89.94 for the remaining 6 months & will forfeit the 2 months free bags.) All cancellations will be charged at the full price of dog foods at the time of order, which currently stands at £14.99. So you will receive a full refund minus the foods that have already been sent out and minus any offers or discounts at time of purchase.

Shipping Costs - Shipping is charged at the standard rate for your first bag then free for all other bags of natural dog foods and will be sent using our standard shipping method. For monthly subscriptions - we will dispatch your dog foods on the 3rd week of that month to ensure you receive your foods before the end of the month / beginning of your next month. Any cancellations - will not add any additional postal charges. For returns please take a look at our returns policy. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS: 

All offers at Monty's Natural Treats are subject to product availability, and are subject to change at any time without any given notice. 

All coupon codes / special offers / voucher codes must be entered in the box "have a coupon code" within checkout. We cannot change, add or refund the offer amount after you have already checked out. Providing your code has not expired you may use your voucher on the next order. Should you experience any problems with the coupon codes entered in checkout, please call us before placing your order. 

ACCOUNT LOGIN

Once you have set up an account with us you will be able to view all your purchase history, order status & parcel tracking. Your postal address will be saved onto our system which enables you to place your next order with us without having to input your address / details. Please note we do not collect or store any credit card / payment details, this will not be saved to your account. Upon opening an account with us you will be required to fill in an online form once this has been done you will be invited to create a password, this is done by email so please check your junk / spam mail if not received in your inbox. 

Once you have set up your password you are all set up and ready to use your account when placing an order. 

Please note we do not store your passwords so please keep these safe, should you forget your password please follow the instructions on the account page to reset your password.

You may cancel your account at any time, should you wish to be removed please email us at accounts@montysnaturaltreats.co.uk we will then permanently remove all account data. (this cannot be undone)

SIGN UP & REFER A FRIEND SCHEME:

Sign up to our newsletter to receive VIP Discounts and early access to exclusive deals and offers. Also receive a birthday gift for your pooches absolutely free from us each year you stay with us. Once you have signed up you shall receive 10% off to use at any time on any of our products online (one per sign up). 

Our refer a friend scheme means that should you refer a friend to our site and they make a purchase with us we will send you a £5.00 off Voucher via email for you to redeem on any of our online products. For each friend you refer you will get £5.00 off (there is no maximum on how many friends you refer). The minimum your friend has to spend to enable your £5.00 off voucher is £15.00 or more.

FREE DELIVERY: 

Free shipping on all orders are for UK Mainland customers only & require a minimum spend of £10 per order, no voucher codes needed, unless a special offer or promotion this can change at any time. Shipping your item will take up to 2-3 working days for standard shipping and 24hours for next working day, or sooner. (Free shipping may not be applied if other offers or special events are taking place and have their own discounts applied)

Note: We use Royal Mail (for smaller orders), Parcel Force & DPD to deliver your parcels, you will be notified by email which courier is delivering your parcel with any given times & tracking number. We dispatch orders on a daily basis, however should you place your orders on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday and they need to be sent via courier (DPD / Parcelforce), then your order will not be dispatched until the next working day (Monday).

• Standard 48 Mail - Your order should arrive within 2-3 working days.
• 1st Class 24hrs - Your order should arrive within 1-2 working days.

Additional Delivery information: 

Due to the current situation we are all facing and with new curfews / lock-down restrictions there may be some slight delays & disruptions within the postal systems in different parts of the U.K. Again this is something that's out of our control, but we would like to thank you in advance for your patience. Most postal services are coping with the demand of rise in parcels and some parcels are reaching our customers on time or within 2-3 working days with standard postage, some could take up to 7-10 working days. However please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive before contacting us.

If you have bought a product from an online market place / shop other than ourselves and would like to report an issue, please contact the distributor direct.

Your right to cancel:

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the contract was made. That means you can cancel before you have downloaded the product or we have delivered it to you.

How to cancel:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement, sent to us by e-mail.
