Delivery

 DELIVERY INFORMATION

· It is important to us that your orders reach you in good condition and whilst we take responsibility for the goods arriving we do not have control of deliveries once they have left our premises, therefore it is important to read our delivery information. 

· We dispatch parcels Monday – Thursday (working days). You can pick your chosen delivery method at the checkout.

· After you have placed an order, you will receive an email to state your order is complete (Please also check your junk mail for this). 

You will then receive a further email from the chosen courier company to state that your order has been dispatched as well as SMS messages to let you know when your parcel is on its way. Please ensure you add a mobile number to your account to enable you to get delivery notifications as landlines will not work.

We use Parcelforce Worldwide & Royal Mail couriers to deliver to your shipping address, if they attempt delivery and nobody is home they might try a neighbor's or take the parcel to the nearest collection point this is because some deliveries require a signature. If they are unable to deliver to you they will leave a card. If you have to collect a parcel from a collection point you will need to take relevant I.D

• Standard Shipping Royal Mail 3-5 Working Days - £3.99 

FREE on orders £15+. This service excludes weekends & bank holidays, this is a non-tracked service.

• Next Working Day  - £6.99  (Order before 12pm Mon - Thurs)

This service excludes weekends, Monday & Bank holidays, delivered Tuesday - Friday only. We use a fully tracked service with a 1 hour time slot on day of delivery which will be emailed or SMS over to you by the courier. Please Note: We are closed on Fridays, so no collections are made for next day delivery on this day. 

• Click & Collect: Order online and collect your order from one of our local hubs across the country. You will receive a SMS when your order is ready to collect.

FREE to collect, booking is required. Collection times may vary.

Any incorrect shipping details may delay the process of your order and should an order be dispatched with an incorrect address you may be liable for the additional shipping charges for the address correction.
