 DELIVERY INFORMATION

· It is important to us that your orders reach you in good condition and whilst we take responsibility for the goods arriving we do not have control of deliveries once they have left our premises, therefore it is important to read our delivery information. 

· We dispatch parcels Monday – Thursday (working days). You can pick your chosen delivery method at the checkout.

· After you have placed an order, you will receive an email to state your order is complete (Please also check your junk mail for this). 

You will then receive a further email from the chosen courier company to state that your order has been dispatched as well as SMS messages to let you know when your parcel is on its way. Please ensure you add a mobile number to your account to enable you to get delivery notifications as landlines will not work.

We use Parcelforce Worldwide & Royal Mail couriers to deliver to your shipping address, if they attempt delivery and nobody is home they might try a neighbor's or take the parcel to the nearest collection point this is because some deliveries require a signature. If they are unable to deliver to you they will leave a card. If you have to collect a parcel from a collection point you will need to take relevant I.D 

Our Postage charges UK Mainland Only: 

• Tracked 48 - Standard Delivery usually 2-3 working days. Orders received before 12pm Monday - Thursday are dispatched same day - £3.99 

• Tracked 24 - Priority Delivery usually 1-2 working days. Orders received before 12pm Monday-Thursday are dispatched same day.  - £5.99 

• Click & Collect FREE: Order online and collect your order from one of our local hubs across the country. You will receive a SMS when your order is ready to collect.

Offshore Postal Charges:

If your postcode / region is listed below there will be an additional surcharge - please contact us for a quote prior to purchase.  The surcharge is for additional shipping costs and is only for courier items.  AB, FK,·  IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, BT, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. · Isle of Man, Isle of Wight / Isle of Scilly  · Channel Islands

Any incorrect shipping details may delay the process of your order and should an order be dispatched with an incorrect address you may be liable for the additional shipping charges for the address correction.
