DELIVERY INFORMATION
· It is important to us that your orders reach you in good condition and whilst we take responsibility for the goods arriving we do not have control of deliveries once they have left our premises, therefore it is important to read our delivery information.
· We dispatch parcels Monday – Thursday (working days). You can pick your chosen delivery method at the checkout.
· After you have placed an order, you will receive an email to state your order is complete (Please also check your junk mail for this).
You will then receive a further email from the chosen courier company to state that your order has been dispatched as well as SMS messages to let you know when your parcel is on its way. Please ensure you add a mobile number to your account to enable you to get delivery notifications as landlines will not work.
We use Parcelforce Worldwide & Royal Mail couriers to deliver to your shipping address, if they attempt delivery and nobody is home they might try a neighbor's or take the parcel to the nearest collection point this is because some deliveries require a signature. If they are unable to deliver to you they will leave a card. If you have to collect a parcel from a collection point you will need to take relevant I.D
Dispatch Details
Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday. (No deliveries will be made on weekends unless requested, there is an additional charge for this service)
Please provide us with your correct shipping details and mobile number or email address to receive tracking updates from our couriers.
Any incorrect shipping details may delay the process of your order and should an order be dispatched with an incorrect address you may be liable for the additional shipping charges for the address correction.
Estimated Delivery Times For Next Day Shipping Services (Order before 12pm)
Monday: Receive your parcel on Tuesday.
Tuesday: Receive your parcel on Wednesday.
Wednesday: Receive your parcel on Thursday.
Thursday: Receive your parcel on Friday.
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: Orders will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. (Sorry no courier collections on Fridays or Bank holidays)
Orders placed after 12pm (Mon - Thurs): Order will be processed the following working day.

Tracking an order
You will receive an email when your parcel has been dispatched. A second email will follow with tracking information from our courier service. SMS messages will be sent to any mobile device provided allowing you to track and get updates from the delivery courier automatically.

Note: We use Parcel Force, DPD & Royal Mail to deliver your parcels, you will be notified by email which courier is delivering your parcel with any given times & tracking information. Some orders may be dispatched in multiple parcels, dependent on weight and size of your order. Orders containing our natural grain free kibble will be dispatched separately.
